For our new customers, the products will be mailed via Express Post only after we have received the full payment of the order value including GST and freight cost. Once we have received your order, we will fax or email you the tax invoice including GST and freight cost.

The cost of Express Post :

up to 500 grams in weight - $8.4 each
up to 3 kilograms in weight - $11.7 each
up to 5 kilograms in weight - $19.1 each

Return Policy

Claims of non receipt of product items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Damaged products can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
