No minimum order value!

      For our new customers, the products will be mailed only after we have received the 50% deposit of the order value including GST.  The other 50% payment is to be paid within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Your next order will be mailed only after the remaining 50% is paid for the previous order!

   The full credit policy (the due date is on 14th day after the goods are received) will be granted when the accumulated order value reachs $500.

     To all of our customers: The full payment (including GST and Express Post charges) must be made before the goods shipped out if the payment is made by Credit Card.

The cost of Express Post :

·                       up to 500 grams in weight - $8 each

·                       up to 3 kilograms in weight - $11.3 each

         Customers with strictly 14 days credit must pay all

invoices within 14 days from the date of the goods received.

 Customers agree overdue amount (exceeding 14 days)

incurs an 8.0% interest and subsequent late payment

 by same customer will revert to Profoma payment until

 further notice and ACE INTERNATIONAL GIFTS

 reserves  the right to terminate the credit agreement  

iimmediately without notice.

     Any debt collection fees, charges & commissions

 plus legal expenses incurred by our agency for the

 recovery of any monies outstanding in excess of our

 trading period are to be added to the account of the

 purchaser and will be recovered in full.

   Payment can be made by Bankcard, Visa, MasterCard, cheque, money order or direct deposit into our bank account.

Return Policy

Claims of non receipt of product items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Damaged products can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt  for a refund or exchange. If you don't like our products, please inform us and send them back within seven days for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Email sales@acegifts.com.au
