No minimum order value for wholesalers!

   Once you place the order, we will send you the order receipt to confirm the total amount due, including GST and estimated freight cost, via email or fax. We will mail the products from our business via Express Post Platinum within 12 hours after we have received the 50% deposit of the order value (including GST and estimated feight cost) as shown on the order receipt (for our regular customers we still mail goods via normal Express Post).  The other 50% payment is to be paid within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Your next order will be mailed only after the remaining 50% is paid for the previous order!

 

The cost of Express Post Platinum:

·                       up to 500 grams in weight - $12.20 each

·                       up to 3 kilograms in weight - $16.30 each

 

Our old customers who have made payments regularly can still enjoy the full credit policy, the due date is always on the 14th day after the goods are received. If the old customers don't pay on time, the 50% deposit policy will apply.

 

Any debt collection fees, charges & commissions plus legal expenses incurred by our agency for the recovery of any monies outstanding in excess of our trading period are to be added to the account of the purchaser and will be recovered in full.

Return Policy

Claims of non receipt or damaged product items must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Damaged products can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, following our approval, for a refund or exchange. If you don't like our products, please inform us and send them back within seven days for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Email sales@acegifts.com.au
